Our goal is to provide meaningful training on leadership support, team wellness, and collaborative practices for effective team engagement.
Training 1- The Art of Effective Collaboration
Effective team collaboration correlates with higher product outcomes. With small amounts of time, how can we create high performing teams? When a team is willing to be vulnerable, supportive, honest, and loyal to each other, meaningful collaboration can begin. This session will explore three fundamental components to the art of effective collaboration: building psychological safety, cultivating empathy, and facilitating trust and collaboration. Participants will gather a variety of strategies to build collegiality and support healthy team dynamics.
Training 2- Effective Leadership: Situational Leadership
There are many leadership characteristics that have been shown to impact team achievement; however, individual context and timing will determine which of the characteristics are most essential for each of us. Leadership styles are patterns of behaviors that include the ways that leaders listen, set standards or goals, develop action plans, direct others, give feedback, support and challenge others, and develop members of their team. Using a Skill-Will Matrix, leaders can categorize members of their team and determine which leadership styles might be most effective to use to achieve maximum results. The core objectives: Explain how different leadership styles impact the development of their team and the individuals they lead; Classify their team members as advocates, willing followers, resistors, and blockers and match the most effective leadership styles with their team members.
Training 3- The Power of Team (Team Building)
For companies to achieve long-term success, they must create and maintain healthy environments in the workplace. Our Team Building training workshop helps individuals understand each other better and appreciate the unique differences each person brings to the workplace. Workshop participants leave the training energized and ready to apply the knowledge gained. Employers begin to see the positive changes immediately after this workshop. Key Objectives: Reduce conflict and build more effective teams; Improve communication and individual performance to meet organizational goals; Learn how to identify the emotional intelligence, strengths and the abilities of individuals and know which jobs people are best suited.
Training 4- Emotional Intelligence and Wellness
The ability to express and control our emotions is essential, but so is our ability to understand, interpret, and respond to the emotions of others. This training provides exercises and strategies for the four different factors of emotional intelligence: emotional perception, the ability to reason using emotions, the ability to understand emotion, and the ability to manage emotions. This training can be modified to support various time parameters.
Training 5- Working Together for Long Term Success
This training will provide participants the opportunity to take the DiSC assessment (the leading assessment for personal insights into our behavioral strengths and challenges) and strategies to successfully work more effectively with colleagues. Key Objectives: Learn how to identify the emotional intelligence, strengths and the abilities of individuals and know which jobs people are best suited; Predict a job applicant’s behavior style before hiring or promoting them; Understand the temperament and ability of individual employees and managers; Understand the eight dimensions of normal behavior; Give performance feedback to people in a style they can understand and accept for improving performance and accelerating professional development.
