Description:

For many students with learning disabilities, math just doesn’t “add up.” Learn the Top 10 strategies to help struggling math students! This workshop will provide an overview of learning disabilities specifically related to math. Teachers will learn strategies to increase motivation, support computation skills, and add access to problem solving which often impact a student’s math performance.  Teachers will leave this workshop inspired to shake-up math instruction to increase students’ motivation and success in mathematics.

 

1.        Teachers will analyze effective math practices to differentiate instruction for students with learning disabilities.
