CREATING A POSITIVE CLASSROOM LEARNING COMMUNITY

Creating a Positive Classroom Learning Community

“Good-bye” Behavior Gimmicks, “Hello” Research Based Practices

Our goal is to ensure ALL students are socially and academically prepared for success in their college and career transitions. We want our students to make healthy choices and use what they learn to improve their lives and the lives of others. Thus, our behavioral approach should promote respect for self and others and build a positive classroom learning community. In this workshop we will explore strategies and techniques for the four pillars on motivating students and increasing student academic and emotional achievement: 1. Relationships; 2. Routines and Expectations; 3. Engagement and Relevance; and 4. Social Emotional Learning. For more information on how this workshop can be customized contact us.
